Content abstract: The work tells the story of young Han Chunlei’s entrepreneurship. Han Chunlei quickly harvested the first bucket of gold in his life by frying sugar beans and changing waste products. After that, he decisively went south and came to Shenzhen, Guangdong. Under the influence of the spring breeze of reform, Han Chunlei started from Longjing tea, a specialty of his hometown, and struggled in the fields of restaurant chain, beverage and real estate. Han Chunlei witnessed and participated in the historical process of reform and opening up. In this process, he also completed the transformation of his personality and career, and finally became the first generation of private entrepreneurs after China’s reform and opening up.
The growth story of Han Chunlei is also the growth story of the first generation of private entrepreneurs in China. Although there are differences in industries and ages, they share the same excellent quality: they dare to think and fight, and they are still learning. The author recorded the historical changes of the motherland from the perspective of entrepreneurs in the early days of reform and opening up.
