　　According to the information of the Beijing Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau, the bureau has approved the change of the name of "Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automotive Finance Co., Ltd." to " () Financial Co., Ltd.".

　　Prior to this, Dongfeng Motor Group has been approved to transfer 50% of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroe ? n Auto Finance held by Shenlong Automobile and 25% of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroe ? n Auto Finance held by Peugeot Citroe ? n Dutch Finance Company. After this shareholding change, Dongfeng Motor Group holds 100% of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroe ? n Auto Finance. It is understood that Dongfeng Peugeot Citroe ? n Auto Finance was established in June 2006. It is the first auto finance company jointly established by the National Financial Institution Group and domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers.
