Yin Jiaxu was born in Chongqing in April, 1956. At the age of 20, he entered Chongqing Yuzhou Gear Factory. In February 1996, he was transferred to the Southwest Bureau of Ordnance Industry, where he served as the director and deputy director of the office.
In January 2002, he became the vice president and member of the party group of China Ordnance Equipment Corporation, and was later promoted to vice president and deputy secretary of the party group. Until July 2010, Yin Jiaxu left China Ordnance Equipment Corporation and was transferred to China Ordnance Industry Corporation as Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager. In 2013, he was promoted to Party Secretary and Chairman.
What is remarkable in Yin Jiaxu’s resume is that he was a leader of Changan Automobile Group for a long time.
China Changan Automobile Group Corporation is a subsidiary of China Ordnance Equipment Group Corporation. Yin Jiaxu has served as the leader of Changan Automobile Company since he worked in Southwest Ordnance Bureau in 1996. He has successively served as the company’s vice chairman, general manager, executive director, general manager, deputy secretary of the party committee, chairman, general manager, secretary of the party committee, chairman, president and secretary of the party committee.
It was not until December 2007 that Yin Jiaxu left his post in Changan Automobile. However, from October 2009 to July 2010, he briefly served as the vice chairman of China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd..

From October 2008 to July 2010, Hu Wenming, a former deputy general manager and member of the Party Group of aviation industry corporation of china, briefly served as Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager of China Ordnance Industry Corporation, and then went to China State Shipbuilding Corporation to serve as Party Secretary and Deputy General Manager.
On May 12, 2020, Hu Wenming was suspected of serious violation of discipline and law and accepted the disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the State Supervision Commission of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
However, he was not investigated because of problems during his tenure in the ordnance group.
"China Discipline Inspection and Supervision" magazine disclosed that Hu Wenming found the problem because of the inspection. From March 29th to June 15th, 2019, and from March 28th to June 15th, 2019, the 15th Inspection Team of the Central Committee conducted regular inspections on the former Party Group of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and the former Party Group of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, where Hu Wenming once worked.
In February this year, the Shanghai procuratorate prosecuted Hu Wenming according to law. The prosecution charges by the procuratorate show that, except in the Ordnance Industry Group, all other units where he worked were suspected of accepting bribes and abuse of power by state-owned company personnel.
