Lawyer Liu Guohua, director of Guangdong Benben Law Firm, said that the sales and purchase of products have formed a contractual relationship of product sales. In this relationship, the seller should bear the guarantee responsibility to the other party of the contract, that is, the buyer, for the quality of the products sold within a reasonable range, which is also called the guarantee responsibility for the defects of the goods in the contractual relationship.
